Ingredients
- 250 millilitre Milk
- 250 millilitre Fresh cream
- 2 millilitre Paprika
- 250 millilitre Fresh breadcrumbs
- 250 gram Broccoli florets
- 500 gram Small sweet potatoes, unpeeled and sliced
- 2 kilogram chicken pieces
- 1 Handful whole baby onions, peeled
- 1 sachet KNORR Tasty Chicken Soup with Chicken Spice
- 10-15 Whole baby potatoes
- 5 millilitre Curry powder
- 250 millilitre Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place chicken pieces in a large roasting pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange onions, potatoes and broccoli over the chicken.
- Combine the KNORR Tasty soup, cream, milk, curry powder and mayonnaise for the sauce and pour over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 1 hour
- Remove foil and sprinkle the breadcrumbs and paprika on top.
- Bake for a further 30 minutes.
